About you:

Essential Skills:

• Experience of working in the recruitment industry and placing clients with employers seeking to recruit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with ex-offenders, individuals with criminal records, or in a related field such as workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by ex-offenders re-entering society and the barriers to employment they may encounter.
• Knowledge of local resources and support services available to ex-offenders.
